Jumbled Words


Today was relatively uneventful, but I did get a very exhausting workout from ballet. As usual :) had a few small oranges for lunch but I wont be adding those to the total food calories. Technically I don't have to count any of the fruit of veggie calories but I choose to do so for most of them because I find it more effective. My mother is not here this evening, as she is staying at a friends house, so I'm stuck with our roommate (whom I'm not on very good terms with) and his two annoying sons (7 and 10 years old). On the upside, my younger brother and sibling are not here either so the noise level is not nearly at it's full capacity. Over the years I've just sort of learned how to tune it out but it gets on my nerves when I'm studying :/

Oh, and I got my period this morning before school. Meh. Personally I don't really car much for it, but then again who the hell does!? Yeah, yeah, you can have babies, but I don't want that. It'd be nice if when I lose weight and exercise more maybe it would go away, but who knows. Anywho. On to the food I ate........

Consumed:
  • 3/4 Cup Blueberries (63)
  • 1/2 Papaya (59) *By the way, these supposedly reduce cellulite and are uber healthy :)
  • 1 1/2 Oz Mixed Nuts (255)
  • 1 Blueberry Bagel (260)
  • 1 Cup Spaghetti w/ sauce (191)
Total = 829                                    Limit = 300
Exercise = -885

Net = -56

Holly crap. I can't believe I even managed a negative caloric intake. It might be a tad off, butt still it's pretty close! I SO wanna have that perfect body!! Let's do this people :)

  1. I love those pics<3 I'm a new reader and I don't know how much you've been talking about your exercising but it would be nice to know what you do? Do you go to some gym or jogging or do you exercise at home only? And what kind of things you do and what for (abs, shoulders, back..)?

    1. I do ballet three times a week. Twice for two hours and once for one hour and fifteen minutes :) I also take a modern-ish dance class in school twice a week and we do 120 crunches every time among other things such as planks and stretching. I try to workout at home and use the New York City Ballet Workout 2 on youtube for the floor routine...... I should probably do more cardio as well but that is my least favorite type of exercise XD

  2. ooh time of the month huh? hopefully it'll be over before your weigh-in, i never ever ever trust the scales when i'm all bloated from my period :P mine's due very soon too, i hope it comes and goes quickly! super good job with all the ballet cali, all that exercise and the negative intake will definitely pay off :] <3

    1. Yeah, it really screws up my eating patterns too. I've got super intense cravings so I'll be glad when it's over :P
